Clermont plans, builds and looks after the technology independent businesses run on. We're in Ottawa, and we'd rather do a few jobs properly than a lot of them fast.
Why it exists.
Independent businesses run most of the real economy, and they get the technology that's left over: tools sized for enterprises, or a nephew who's good with computers. We're built for the space in between.
How we work.

Drawn before it's built.
The system goes on paper first — what connects to what, who holds which account, what happens when a piece fails. If it can't be drawn clearly it isn't ready, and you see the drawing before anything is bought.

Nothing runs live until it's run dry.
Anything that writes to a system you depend on runs against a copy first, and every run produces a report. There are no silent changes.

Limits are said out loud.
When something's outside what we should do, like holding your backups, giving design direction or promising a result nobody can measure, we say so in the first sentence, not after.

It's looked after, or it isn't finished.
A system nobody watches decays. Monitoring, updates and a current drawing are part of the work, on a monthly retainer, for as long as you want it.
Technology that disappears.
That's what the four add up to: a system you stop thinking about, because it works.
Who you'll deal with.
The person who scopes the job does the work, and is the one you call afterwards. The background is plant systems, AV and building automation, and infrastructure: places where the technology has to work because the alternative is a stopped line.
