What we do
We build technology
that holds.
Not a feature list. Not a stack of tools. Systems designed around how your business actually works.
Systems Integration
Most businesses accumulate tools over time — accounting software here, a CRM there, something the ops team uses that nobody else touches. The result is a patchwork that requires your team to bridge the gaps manually.
We map your existing systems, identify where data and workflow are breaking down, and build the connections that let your operation run as one.
Automation
Somewhere in your business, a person is doing something a machine should be doing. Scheduling, reporting, data entry, notifications, approvals — the specific task varies, but the cost is always the same: time and attention that should be going somewhere else.
We find those tasks, automate them, and make sure the automation is maintainable by your team after we're gone.
AI Implementation
Every vendor is telling you that AI will transform your business. Some of them are right. Most of the specific tools they're selling you are wrong for where you are.
We evaluate what AI can actually do for your operation — not in the abstract, but in your specific context — and build the tools that are worth building. No hype. No experiments left running on your dime.
Selected builds
Real systems, real outcomes — built and operated by Clermont, or led by our founder in the field.
MIDAS
A complete managed infrastructure stack: network-wide DNS filtering, secure remote access, automated nightly backups, uptime monitoring with instant alerts, and weekly update reporting — documented, self-healing, and running Clermont's own operations on hardware most businesses would have written off.
Monthly licensing cost: zero.
When the internet provider's line began failing, the monitoring had already logged every drop — timestamped and ready for the support call — before the provider acknowledged a problem.
Whole-home automation
A six-figure residential automation build — lighting, audio/video, climate, security, and the network underneath it all. Led start to finish by Clermont's founder at an AV integration firm: system programming, commissioning, and the client experience.
The client moved in on time, and the technology disappeared into the house — which is the whole point.
Quality reporting & workflow
The reporting and workflow backbone for a quality organization in high-security manufacturing — live dashboards, a business-wide escalation process, and approval workflows running at the director level. Designed, built, and maintained by Clermont's founder, working inside the plant.
What used to live in email chains and spreadsheets now runs itself — escalations tracked, approvals logged, leadership reporting always current.
